The process is very simple. We will create an account for you on our Client Portal, where you will be able to submit video requests. You can upload the files directly to the portal or can add a direct link to the files uploaded elsewhere (Google Drive, Dropbox etc). You can also add notes to the Editor and Graphic Designer.
The team will check the files and let you know if anything is missing. If we have everything needed, the editor will then start working on it. Once the project is completed:
1: The Project Manager will check if the requirements are met, and quality check the video.
2: The project will be sent to you via our portal. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as we have sent you the project.
3: After reviewing the project, you can approve it or can request as many revisions as you want.
